Diamond product quality control
Focusing on the diamond composite sheet industry for more than 20 years, the product quality control of Wuhan Jiushi Company is at the leading level in the industry. Wuhan Jiushi Company has passed the three system certifications of quality, environment, and occupational health and safety. The initial certification date: is May 12, 2014, and the current validity period is April 30, 2023. The company was certified as a high-tech enterprise in July 2018 and was re-certified in November 2021.
3.1 Raw material control
Using preferred domestic and foreign raw materials to manufacture high-performance and high-stability composite cutter products is the goal that Jiushi has been practicing. Focusing on the diamond composite cutter industry for more than 20 years of accumulated experience, Jiushi Company has established raw material acceptance and screening application standards ahead of its peers. Jiushi composite sheet adopts high-quality raw and auxiliary materials, and core materials such as diamond powder and cemented carbide come from world-class suppliers.
3.2 Process control
Jiushi pursues excellence in the manufacturing process. Jiushi has invested a lot of technical resources to ensure the stability of materials, equipment, and processes. All powder operations in the production process are controlled in the company's 10,000-class clean room. Purification and high-temperature treatment of powder and synthetic mold are strictly controlled. The strict control of raw materials and processes has enabled Jiushi composite sheet/tooth production control to achieve a pass rate of 90%, and the pass rate of some products exceeds 95%, which is much higher than that of domestic counterparts and has reached the international advanced level. We are the first in China to establish an online testing platform for composite sheets, which can quickly and efficiently obtain key performance indicators of composite sheets.
3.3 Quality inspection and performance test
Wuhan Jiushi diamond products are 100% inspected for size and appearance.
Each batch of diamond products is sampled for routine performance tests such as wear resistance, impact resistance, and heat resistance. In the design and development stage of diamond products, adequate analysis and testing of phase, metallography, chemical composition, mechanical indicators, stress distribution, and million-cycle compression fatigue strength are carried out.
