MX series: middle-end comprehensive composite sheet, manufactured under ultra-high pressure (6.5GPa-7.0GPa), with relatively balanced wear resistance and impact resistance, suitable for drilling in soft to medium hard formations, good self-sharpening, especially suitable for High machine speed drilling conditions also have good adaptability to plastic formations such as mudstone.
MT series: Mid-end impact-resistant composite sheet, through the optimization design of unique powder and matrix structure and high temperature and high pressure process, manufactured under ultra-high pressure conditions (7.0GPa-7.5GPa), the wear resistance is comparable to domestic mainstream mid-end composite sheet The wear resistance is equivalent, and the impact resistance far exceeds the level of products of the same level. It is suitable for drilling in various formations, especially formations with interlayers.
X7 series: high-end comprehensive composite sheets, manufactured under ultra-high pressure conditions (7.5GPa-8.5GPa), with ultra-high wear resistance and stable impact resistance, the wear resistance has reached the domestic first-class level, suitable for medium-hard to hard Drilling in various complex working conditions of formations, especially for medium-hard rock formations with more quartz sandstone, limestone and interlayers.
AX8 series: ultra-high pressure comprehensive composite sheet, manufactured under ultra-high pressure conditions (8.0GPa-8.5GPa), the thickness of the diamond layer is about 2.8mm, and it has extremely high wear resistance on the basis of high impact resistance. It is suitable for various Formation drilling, especially suitable for drilling in complex formations such as medium-hard formations and interlayers.
