Short Description:

It consists of a polycrystalline diamond layer and a cemented carbide matrix layer. The upper end is hemispherical and the lower end is a cylindrical button. When impacting, it can well disperse the impact concentration load at the apex and provide a large contact area with the formation. It achieves high impact resistance and excellent grinding performance at the same time. It is a diamond composite tooth for mining and engineering. The diamond spherical composite tooth is the best choice for future high-end roller cone bits, down-the-hole drill bits and PDC bits for diameter protection and shock absorption.
